Dr. Tareq Omari leads Sonrava Health’s enterprise-wide clinical initiatives, working in collaboration with teams across orthodontics, general dentistry, specialty dentistry, and hygiene.

Jared Baker is a seasoned growth leader with experience across consumer brands, multi-location services, and retail marketing. He has held leadership roles at nationally recognized organizations and brings a proven record of driving business performance. At Sonrava Health, Jared leads enterprise-wide growth strategy, focusing on patient acquisition, marketing, and service expansion to enhance access, convenience, and outcomes nationwide.

Kelly Liles has spent 25 years leading organizational transformation through the alignment of people and business strategy. He has held senior HR leadership roles in healthcare, retail, and financial services, with a strong focus on talent, organizational design, and rewards strategy. Kelly oversees Sonrava Health's Human Resources function and enterprise-wide people strategy.
